Just talked to the manager Garrett, I’m keeping my receipt and dating it with your name, I better be credited 67.10 sense you’re able to not refund and screw up every sandwich and take an hour and a half and tell me oh I find it hard to believe that happens, if I’m not credited next time I come in or it’s missing I’m going to file a lawsuit because I’ve take photos of the sandwiches, this was not freaky fast, not freaky affordable or freaky impressive. Nor were the last three times, I hope you actually credit me like you say, don’t take jimmy johns and run their name in the dirt. Summer is going to be way faster yall better get prepared. Food was great! They got the order correct even with all of our customizations. We learned that there is an option to not have the bread scooped out. My daughter wants in on the bread they do scoop out! I ordered online and waited about 20 minutes for confirmation that it was complete. I decided to just go there and it was ready waiting for me. Even after picking up, the app did not indicate that my order had been completed. Not a big deal, but it is a useful tool that would be a great help if they used it. Thanks for the great lunch!

My first time ever at jimmy johns was today. The sandwich was great! And the customer service was the Best I’ve ever had! Aaron isn’t paid enough for the 11/10 service he provides. He was patient, kind, funny, and gave service with a smile from start to finish. Well done jimmy John’s. I’ll definitely be stopping by again my next time in town! Also, I did enjoy the free smells.
