The food is always good except for one time. An employee dumped a cup of water in sofritas that was drying up in the container when I ordered sofritas rice bowl. My whole plate was watery and water was leaking from the paper plate.

Some rice was undercooked. Tortillas tasted like liquid smoked chicken. Chips we’re hard and cooked wrong. Definitely not healthy if you incorporate burnt carcinogen smoke in the food you serve. I ordered a vegan item bowl and it tasted like there was bacon or ham. Let this be a warning to be careful what you are serving to vegans and vegetarians. They obviously don’t care and have no passion in their chosen profession.

It was okay. Took almost half an hour from ordering to us getting the food. Food was a mess and we were missing an item. Taste was again just okay, there are plenty of better Mexican restaurants around for the price and quality. Staff was friendly though.

My family and I decided we’d try the new Chipotle out today, it definitely wasn’t a good idea. The food was cold, especially the meat. It was super bland tasting, even with getting several items in a “bowl” which you’d think would add flavor. My whole family and I ate a little bit of it and threw the rest of it away and walked out. Definitely won’t go back to this location, as it doesn’t compare to other Chipotle’s we’ve been to. Staff was friendly, but restaurant was messy to have just opened up. Doesn’t look like anyone cleans tables after use. Very disappointed!

We dined in and it was like eating in a noisy morgue with uncomfortable chairs. The “manager”, aka the guy that stood around with his hands in his pockets while he barked orders at all the guys actually working, is rude and boorish with no customer service skills. Trying to make customers feel like a burden simply because we had to set chairs down off of a table to seat our family is the behavior of an immature bully. The food was actually good but everything else was pretty unpleasant. I will never go back, there are too many places that actually appreciate customers to be treated like that again.

Went here a few days ago, and the portions and food were what I expect from Chipotle but the dining room was weirdly out of sorts for a new location. All the chairs were up as if they were closed with over an hour before closing, and the store looks like it is in need of a good deep cleaning. Finger prints and smudges everywhere.
