This is a mom and pop hole in the wall sushi place. The fish is fresh, tasty, and their menu includes unique house special rolls. We tried the Truffle Roll and I highly recommend it if you like truffle. I’ve never had it paired with sushi and it’s really an excellent flavor combination. Our waiter, Pan, had us laughing and helped set the mood for a fun evening!

I give only 4 stars because the sushi seaweed for the rolls was tough and I had to spit it out with every bite. I could not chew it apart to swallow. But other then that the sushi roll was a great size, tasted amazing and the crispy wonton app was sure fire! I will try again!

This place has really gone down since they Changed the Name/Ownership. I ordered the spicy conch and octopus salad to go. I paid $15 for a ridiculous small salad. It was probably the size of a cup and a half. The menu had cilantro in it, however I got some type of bittery herb and no onions. There was a rotten smell by the sushi bar and now my stomach is hurting.

Even at the end of the day the service and sushi was great. I showed up about half an hour before close and let out my inner fat kid… Spicy garlic edamame, two sushi rolls, Ramune and Calpico (drinks)… I was the only one there so late but I wasn’t rushed and nothing was off the menu. I’ll go back next time I’m in town.

Updating my review to reflect their name change and updates. They’ve got pretty solid sushi and an nice menu of Japanese staples like oyako don. Sauce on the oyako don was really delicious, flavors were spot on! Really excited to have a place in this area that does these kinds of dishes so well.
