Very poor service. The cashier was very rude. I asked for a bacon topped avocado toast and 3 orders of stuffed mini bagels and when I confirmed that it was bacon topped she said no, do you want it bacon topped. And when I said yes, she said, “Thanks for clarifying” in a very rude tone, I assume she just didn’t hear me say bacon topped when I did my order but I definitely said it, I just wish she didn’t say it so rudely. Then when we got the food, the stuffed bagel minis were still frozen. I’m not coming back to this location.

The bathrooms at this location has been out of order since “ covid started” about 3 years ago….. they also haven’t had all of their tables set up since covid started….. imagine being a business in a nice part of bucks county and lying about your bathroom being “ out of service “ for the last 3 years…. Go there almost everyday bcuz it’s easy for me bcuz I work across the street from the place and realized that one day to check my back account I get the same LG ice coffee with extra extra and 2 donuts and a sandwich and the price never the same and it’s always the same guy or ladie on the counter

It was nice donkey with old staff. But just half hour ago i stopped by for a cup of coffee by drive through they took the oder but didnot give me the total and when i came to the window they asked what i odered again and instead of coffee with cream NO sugar they gave me With Sugar than did not offer any napkins while i asked for and did not give a change. I have to throw this pretty much sweet coffe away now. Dissatisfied.

The workers are very rude they play with their hair while good is around. The one worker made a remark about a lady that came in and she has autism and the girl in the back so don’t care I would have hit her I stepped in and she told me she will meet me outside . Why are they in business? The coffee is meh… lukewarm most of the time… but the staff!!! Rude, rude, rude, rude!!! Never a “hello” or “thank you”. Attitudes. Angry looks. No customer service whatsoever. They really make you feel like you’re annoying them and they don’t wanna be there. Well I’ll be bringing my business somewhere else!

WORST LOCATION. Unorganized. Staff is rude sometimes. Meaning that if you order any of coffee and it looks to dark and you want more cream it’s a hassle or if it is to light need more coffee. They begrudgingly do it with attitude.No consistency from day to day. There in the business of making your coffee the way you ask and when it’s not correct they think you should just pay your 2,3,4,5 for your coffee & shut up.

This location sucks! The first time I went through the drive thru and got a coffee, they charged my card $26! It was an accident so I went inside and told them they made a mistake. They acted like I was lying! Im not paying $26 for a cup of coffee! I did get my refund after I showed the lady that the amount came out of my account. 2nd visit thru the drive thru I got a caramel latte and a coffee for a friend and I was charged $10.14! Are you kidding me?! All im saying is make sure yall check your receipts because there are too many mistakes at this location. Never again
