We love ordering from dominos but the last 2 times has not been good at all the last time they was a hour late and my son had to chase him down to get our order and the guy was rude and was trying to bring our order that we paid for to another apartment and today we ordered and it was not good at all and the pizza was not cut and I had to rip it apart and it didn’t look good at all and I called to talk to the manager to let him know and he was rude and he said you said something last time and he said if you don’t like it then you shouldn’t order from us anymore bye and to me a manager should not be like that at all.

Disgusting place. Came into town late and stayed at the HI. Called for an order many times with no results. To test, I called and left a phone on speaker. 25 minutes with no results. My belief is that they want orders online only. I give them an F for customer service. This attitude must carry over in other areas of their business. Quality of food is most likely low, and I would be suspicious of their Health Dept. rating also.

This location’s delivery is terrible. They consistently run super late, and they play games with the online tracker to make it hard to keep track of when they’re actually going to arrive. The store hardly ever picks up their phone either, so good luck calling in when your order is an hour late

BEWARE! This location is the absolute worst dominoes I have ever ordered from. Order said it was checked for quality at 9:11pm. We waited for over thirty minutes at that point even though it was only 20-30 minutes for the order to be delivered to us. We thought it was crazy that the order would need “quality checked” for over half and hour. Tried to call the store, but no answer, just keeps ringing. They know they wronged us which is why they avoid calls. Our pizza was cold. We asked for no mushrooms in a pasta because of allergies and it was loaded with mushrooms. Our lava cakes were smashed and undercooked. Clearly they don’t care about quality cause we would not have received this terrible order. Oh, and they waited to click the delivery button 20+ minutes after because they knew we would complain.

I live maybe 5 minutes from here. Everytime i order delivery it takes 2+ hours to get here. I’m not sure how. I always tip at least $10 so you’d think someone would be urgent for that also since it’s only a couple minutes down the road. And when i pick it up i still wait forever and the food is gross. Done ordering from this place

I ordered and 2 hours later my food was still not ready nor delivered the 3 miles down the road. I drove to their location because they wouldn’t answer the food for me to cancel it. The phone rang 4 times while standing inside and no one answered it. Poor service.
