Marcos treated Aspire Dayhab pizzas this last Friday!! 72 Special Needs Adults were treated to good pizza!! This was a treat due to not having enough money from their Social Security to pay for really good pizza!! The staff visited with the clients for 65 minutes!! On their own time!! Allowing for pictures and hand shake thank you! The were well aware of this special treat for weeks!! Thank you Marcos Pizza in Flower Mound!! This warmed our hearts and made a wonderful start the weekend for 72 Special Adults!!!

One star for BAD service. The last two times we ordered from this Marco’s, the pizza has come 2 to almost 3 hours after it was ordered (after being promised within 30 minutes). When we tried to call to cancel the order (multiple times), no one ever answered. By the time the pizza arrived we had, unfortunately, already given up and made other arrangements for dinner. This location clearly has management issues. Until these issues are addressed, you’re better off giving other area pizza places your money.

Awesome customer service. Only issue I had was that the pizza has little flavor. I went and got a covid test because I could not taste the pizza!!!! Lucky enough it was negative. I did order a gluten free pepperoni pizza which was actually tasted better that their regular specialty pizza. Maybe because I didn’t add a pizza crust topper????? I just don’t get it. But, Brian was awesome!!! And had great customer service!!!

Order pizza online for delivery, after waiting 45 minutes, called the store to check on the ETA. Told that my order was cancelled because their driver called in. I understand stuff happens but why confirm the order and take the money with no attempt to contact me that the order cannot be delivered or ask I would like to pick up? Poor customer service, no manager on duty at prime time and I cannot confirm if they’re going to reimburse the payment and tip made online.

It took over 30 mins to get the pizza that we ordered on line yet it showed it would be ready in 15. The pizza was very mess, not cut and large portions of the crust had no toppings. It was very disappointing and the location was severely understaffed.

Pizza is good – when they get it right – which is almost never. We’ve spoken to them numerous times on the phone and in person and they act surprised that we’d expect what we ordered. We’ve given up.

I haven’t received a correctly made pizza in 6 months from this Marco’s and today’s pizza came with green bell peppers when specifically deleted from the online order…so they made me another that was quickly cooked and nearly raw dough. C’mon man, it’s not that difficult.

On 4/13 i ordered a pizza and wings order #100426277. I did not receive my order on time so i called and told them to just refund my money. The person who was working that evening told me they would refund me. So i thought okay i would get my money back no worries. a week passes and nothing. What is frustrating is they told me they would inform the manager and today 4/28 the manager knew nothing about it. An order worth 45 bucks is just upsetting not to get my money back or atleast just apologize. This marcos is the worst but my kids love it. Maybe look for some other marcos. I wish i never inteoduced my kids to this and stuck with palios.
