Since moving to Jacksonville, we’ve been searching for an authentic Thai cuisine restaurant to go to and this is the place to go! I’m so happy we decided to try it and we will be coming back again and again and again! Customer service is excellent and the food is the best! It’s located in the back residential area, but don’t let that discourage you! This is the best Thai restaurant in the area! Try it and see for yourself! Thank you, Ann’s Thai Kitchen!

Super cute place, staff was short handed, only one waiter so there was a bit of a wait but we did not mind. Food was great, a tad sweet for the main course. Pad Thai and Pineapple rice and a side of spring rolls. Everything was good. Price is excellent! Atmosphere was super cozy!

It’s ok. Took forrrrever for the food to be served. Took a while for the waitress to come take our order..had to get up and ask if she was coming to take our order. Went at lunch time. Seems to be short staffed..1 waitress and there was probably 7 other tables with people. Ordered fried rice and hubby pad thai…it was ok..not anything to brag about. Seems by the reviews that a long wait is somewhat common.Maybe need more staff and Personality goes a long way as well. :). Might go back again to see if any better..due to the good reviews it does have.

Ordered at 11…was told 30 mins, ok not a problem. Walked in about 11:20 and told them I was there to pick up the order. Mind you no one was there when I ordered, I ordered while sitting in the parking lot. While waiting 4 tables had already been served and paid. Asked several times about my order and was told “5 to 10 minutes”. At 12….one hour after placing my order I left, with no food. I’ll not be back. If I could no stars I would.
