Sitting here in the drive through and they are taking forever. The food is always old as well and never fresh. I use to love Arby’s, but now they are just bad. It takes 12 years for something simple and the food is no longer any good. I would recommend any other restaurant around the area besides them. They also got our order wrong.

We went through the drive through and ordered 4 sandwiches. We paid and when the cashier was handing my husband the change he asked, “can you please throw the receipt away for me?” The cashier said.. “not now that youve touched it.” It was very rude and insulting. Food was cold and poorly made as well. Dont visit this location! We will NEVER be back!!

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I went through the drive through and the man told me (super mean) “I was ordering too fast”. I apologized and then didn’t hear from him so I asked “did you get the two sandwiches?” He then replied so rudely “can you give me a minute??” May I add there was one other car in the drive through and no cars in the parking lot. I can now see why. I will never go there again and if the manager to this Arby’s is reading this review I would for sure talk to my employees about being kind, especially when the customer was nothing but nice. If the manager does see this 6/5/23 around 6:00 pm was the worst employee I have ever encountered. I drove off because I will not give my business or money to anyone who has a person who treats people/customers in such a way.

Friendly customers service for being fast food. This location’s employees provide great customer service. Drive-Through gave us time to look at the menu and the order was not like other places trying to rush you or be rude. Food was made correct and was delicious we ordered 2 beef and cheddar classic, and one double, curly fries and jalapeño bites with bronco sauce. Thank you for the great drive-through experience. Views are nice here.

Drive Thru wait time was over 20 mins, half our order was missing. We had to park and walk back inside twice to get everything. The employee was very irritated and just rude. Several people got out of line and left because the wait was so ridiculous. All we ordered was 4 fries and 4 shakes, so absolutely no reason for this wait time and definitely not the rude customer service. The only great thing was that the fries were fresh and the shakes were two sizes bigger than what we ordered and tasted AMAZING. We wouldn’t have minded the wait as much if the worker didn’t have such a terrible attitude. We will eat there again and won’t hold this one experience against them, but if it happens again then it will be the last time.

After failing to get any scrumptious beef and cheddars at the Arby’s by Smiths 3 miles away, I decided to try this location for lunch. Lobby was closed which is unfortunate because the line for the drive thru was 4 cars deep and did not move for over 5 minutes. Left out of line and took my money somewhere else that actually cares to do business.

So I have been craving a French dip sandwich for a few weeks now and tried to get one 2 weeks ago at the north ogden location, and apparently they were out of beef? ♀️ they also didn’t give us 4 out of the 5 orders of fries we were supposed to get. So I try again tonight at this location and I ordered food for my whole family and took it home to eat with them. Taking the sandwiches out of the bags was kinda messy because for some reason there was grease over the wrapping on all of them. Then I open my box expecting to find my French dip I have wanted and find a few pieces of parchment paper packed with around 30-40 pieces of bacon. No bread. No cheese. Just bacon. Does the attached picture look like a French dip to you? I understand that mistakes can be made with orders such as sizes of drinks and fries or even curly fries with homestyle fries. But how do you confuse a French dip sandwich with a big, greasy pile of bacon? That’s strike 2 for Arby’s with me. One more chance and if they blow it again I’m done with them.

I got the new garlic steak sand combo. It was delicious, it was not worth 13.00. I was expecting the sandwich to be much larger for that price! It was good tho. And they charge 1.29 for a 2 Oz cup of cheese that they did tveven fill. Service was awesome.
