Wow! So, I went here for a burger…for the first time ever, they had ran out of burgers (they promise to never let that happen again, it was an accident due to their new schedule). So, I went wild and ordered the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos. As someone that enjoys authentic Jamaican food (both in Jamaica and by my wife) the owner swore I’d enjoy these tacos (great story behind them, ask him about it). I received two generously filled tacos with excellent Jerk Chicken, the pineapple salsa (fresh) and some great tasting rice (similar to peas and rice, without the peas). I also enjoyed the cheese curds and my wife, a ham and cheese sandwich. Overall, great food (he was right) and even better service and friendliness. Give them a shot!

We live in DFW and came to visit. We came across this place. We decided to try it. My husband was wanting catfish but they said they didn’t have catfish they had a different type of fish and recommended him try it. We were definitely not disappointed. Both of our sons both also ate it and I ate it and I don’t normally eat fish. Super super good. We also got cheese curds all if it was so perfect and good. Will definitely come back when we are in the area!

First time visit and was very impressed. I had the bang bang shrimp tacos and they were hot and delicious! My husband had the 1/2 lb Pelican Burger and he said it was the best hamburger he’s ever had! Highly recommend!

Google said open, the sign said open however, they were definitely closed. Very unfortunate. I was looking forward to this place. We came to visit only for the week and looked forward to trying it out. I would definitely try and stay on top of your hours both digitally and physically.

This review is in fact for the pizzajorno and not for the pelican grill. Anyway the pizza is surprisingly very good for it only taking 3 mins. The quality of the pizza was actually very good only one small complaint and it’s not even really a complaint cause I can get over it but in the very center of the pizza there was a small spot that was a little dough in the middle. But that can be fixed and the problems aren’t out because even though it was a little undercooked that’s probably one of the Best Buy to pizza I’ve had in a long taste it comparable to Pizza Hut and everybody else’s. Yall ust got to get it to where it doesn’t run out of pizza. 3 out of the 4 times I’ve been turn it off I haven’t been able to order anything once it took my money and had to refund it because something was wrong. I’m not complaining about that part to be mean or anything. Just figured you might want to get that ironed out now while it’s just the people that live here and not during the summer when you’re missing out on a lot of money. Just little tip bits you’ve definitely got a repeat customer.

Had the Saturday special, grilled shrimp and sausage skewer served over dirty rice with mixed squash on the side. Absolutely delicious!! Our second visit here and everything has been fantastic. Can’t wait to work our way through the rest of the menu! Don’t miss this awesome food truck when you’re on the peninsula!
