This is my new favorite ramen spot. Not only is it some of the best pork and best tasting ramen I have had in the area, it is also reasonably priced. It seriously is the best pork, and you can get a chashu ramen that comes with I think 5 pieces! Which is insane! There are a ton of spice and flavor options, my favorite is the shachu, the staff is friendly and the wait is never too long. I’ve been coming here about once a week the last month and I have never been disappointed. You normally would have to go down to convoy to get ramen this good, so if you are in the area check it out.

First time here on a lunch on Sunday. Was seated immediately and the food came relatively quickly. I got the ichitaru ramen with spice level at 3 and it was quite tasty. Definitely recommend!

The whole experience was really enjoyable overall. All the staff members were really nice and the food was excellent. The price to portion ratio was well worth it. There’s also lots of options, I could eat here 7 days a week and be satisfied. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely incredible all around meal and service! Was staying in Cypress one night after flying in and we were just wanting something filling to unwind from traveling all day. Thankfully this was about a mile from our hotel in a small strip center with about 3-4 other businesses. We got Pork Buns and Spicy Garlic Edamame for appetizers which were both mouth watering. I was a little intimidated by the amount of differing Ramen’s on the menu but our server walked me through after hearing my preferences and spice levels. The Ichitaru Ramen was so flavorful I’m still thinking about it as I type this. Got an incredible night of sleep after the meal. 5/5 all around!

My hotel was close by so my boyfriend and I decided to try this place out for dinner. We arrived about 5:00 and were the only ones there. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the fried chicken ramen with shoyu broth. The fried chicken was on the side so it didn’t get soggy in the broth. I thought that it would be like chicken katsu but it was still good. The gyoza was cooked perfectly for my appetizer. Definitely recommend this place.

Last night I ordered a Chanpon ramen to go, with various add ons, including spinach. When I got home, much to my disgust, there was a piece of bloody clear plastic, about 1 inch by 2 inches, under the spinach, which was the “topping”. Visible as soon as I started to mix it. Had to make a 2nd trip to the store to return/get my money back. Not much surprise or concern from the staff. A disgusting experience and a waste of gas.

My family and I love the ramen and ambience here. The staff are very efficient, polite and kind. The menu is great and the service is quick and well coordinated. One of the better Ramen places I have been to in the US. Highly recommend.
