We felt like burgers today so we headed over to A&W. Love the old fashioned root beer! Papa burger combo is the best! We got two even though it wasn’t Tuesday. On Tuesdays you can get one free when you buy one. Clean, friendly atmosphere and crunchy fries! Yummm!!!

Female Manager Emmaleen at 2 pm shift took our order, manager incompetent and shouldn’t be paid as much as she is, in a completely dead and empty restaurant. Manager also has horrible customer service skills, argumentative and I should’ve just asked for my money back and let her deal with the loss!! This place is struggling and skimps every corner DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Food was dried out. Also ordered a chili dog that was super heated up. Server seemed to be foolishly playing a only put one thin napkin in a bag containing two orders, fries had excessive salt on them. Probably because I requested fries with no salt. I was so disappointed. The food was horrible I wish I hadn’t ever visited that place

Ordered a PaPa Burger and side of onion rings and asked for BQ sauce. The PaPa burger didn’t have the usual sauce, no tomato and a few pieces of lettuce and very little onions and worst of all only one slice of pickle. Could have gone to McDonalds for 1/2 the price. And no BQ sauce for the onion rings. Usually the PaPa Burger is great but not this time.

Food was over cooked, fries had a ton of salt, was given one very thin napkin with a chili cheese dog that was leaking due to excessive heat from microwave. Food had time/temperature abuse. I won’t return to this store. I was not taken seriously

The KFC component never fails me, but the king/poppa burger was not delicious at at. Unfortunately we waited almost 15 mins after we made our order, but the staff was very nice and polite. So the time waiting was not stressing on us, and we were the only family eating dine in.

This place was awful. The manager was working harder than the staff. I tried to get one of the staff members attention on several occasions and was ignored. For some reason the girl at the register kept walking off for long periods of time. The other girl at the register actually looked at me when I got her attention and then looked away like I didn’t exist. She could at least have gotten somebody else to come help me but instead she acted ignorant. There’s about five customers that came and left with complaints. Two guys were there for 5 minutes and then I walked out the door. Obviously this place is in desperate need of new staff possibly a better supervisor to. Maybe if they gave more incentives to the staff that was there then they would care more about their jobs period or made it more of a competitive environment. The only reason why that place is probably still there is because of the location and because KFC produces good food because of a good recipe and good way of cooking. Whoever owns this location really needs to make some staff changes if they want this store 2 make any kind of profit. Plus this location makes other KFC’s look bad.

The night shift is horrible. First they were out of chili and cheese then they were out of tomatoes. Then once we got our food. The French fries were not good. The a5 that we ordered had no bacon And it wasn’t even that good. Then the mini corn dogs were cold. Completely unsatisfied
