The best thing I can say is the inside was clean. I ordered off the kiosk and received my food within 5 mins but my quesadilla and taco hardly had meat on them. I should’ve taken a picture but I was in a hurry trying to feed my toddler. I requested for a remake but the guy suggested just giving me more meat on the in a sauce container. So that’s what I got. The worst part for me was the male worker cursing loudly which at that point we just got up and left. I’m not from this area so it doesn’t matter whether I return but as a restaurant manager I would’ve been appalled if my restaurant was ran the way I experienced.

There was only 2 people working inside. Had to order from kiosk. I got 6 chicken power bowls with extra chicken and spent over $60,half the orders had half the ingredients and only a few pieces of chicken in each,the other half the order got a rice and lettuce bowl. Will NEVER go there again. Very, very disappointed. I would rate no stars cause that’s how bad it really was.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered 3 Supreme Tacos, got them home, all 3 were thrown in the bag on their ends allowing the contents to spill out the other end. This was assisted by the fact that they were assembled backwards with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on the bottom, meat and sour cream on top. Only one survived long enough for the contents to be pushed back to the center of the shell, a second one was able to be reassembled from the scraps in the bottom of the bag, the third one was a complete loss. And these chemical science experiments want anything more than minimum wage??

Wrong drinks and when asked for fresh cups manager walked around corner and poured out and refilled same cups anyway. She didn’t know camera was showing her ignoring our request. Then receipts have an error on it so I can’t even get the numbers off it to complain.

Order a steak taco instead of beef. Opened the taco and there was four pieces of steak on the taco. Asked the manager about it and her with a disgusting attitude stated that it’s a potion cup they use. I looked at the other items that were changed from beef to steak and it was more meat on them. So I asked again and her comment was well next time we’ll make sure they don’t go over the potion of meat on other things. If you are going to charge me extra for a different type of meat then it should be more than 4 tiny pieces. First bite all the meat gone, just like a meatless taco. This beyond horrible customer service and definitely should be addressed!!!

I can’t even believe this place is still open. First time coming here and three others went inside to complain about their food. A red head handed me my drinks with literally the top not on all the way.. Not of one drunk but three, got drunk all over my hand.. Then she all but threw the bag at me. Had an attitude when I asked for anything my son couldn’t eat his. They forgot some of our stuff so I went inside to get it. The one girl working there said they get more complaints in the manager (the red head) and she had a disagreement with another person and furred her. Your MA ager is tweaking and tacobell needs to pop a drug test bc I know for a fact she’s using. Trust me.

For some reason this particular taco bell never puts meat in anything!! I mean you will have so much other stuff in it and never taste any meat… I know they have to portion control but if I order a taco or a beef burrito I expect there to be more than a 1/4 of a teaspoon in it
