Almost $50 this is unacceptable. Never seen papa John’s pizza like this. Not sure if they didn’t let the dough rise enough, but they also didn’t add much cheese. I would expect that from Pizza hut but never here. This food cost too much for it to be thrown around before it gets to the house. Crust is not even the same

They switched to door dash deliveries instead of paying their own drivers. Food was picked up at 9:03 and not delivered until 9:40-9:45. We live 5 minutes away. Pizza was cold. If you order here. Just pick it up, you’re rolling the dice that you’re delivery driver might be making multiple trips to other restaurants and houses to maximize their profit at the expense of your food. Companies cheap out to save money and cost you more, and it’s not convenient for consumers at all. 0 out of 5 stars for these guys.

No matter what day or time I’ve ordered from this Papa John’s, it takes 45 minutes to and hour to get my pizza and I only live 10 minutes away. It comes much later than the latest estimate range, and it says ‘on its way’ for 30+ minutes. It’s the most expensive pizza and it’s not even worth it. Little Caesars is so much cheaper, always ready fast and I actually think it tastes better anyway. I have a family member who prefers papa John’s so I get it sometimes for them but I always regret it.

This Papa John’s is always fast and friendly. They always have the order ready even before the scheduled time and are well run and we’ll trained. The employees always acknowledge when a customer walks in and the pizza is always fantastic! I would send anyone here to get their pizza.
