Went through drive thru and forgot to say no beans. They gave it to me anyway saying it was too late. Had to stop and go inside to reorder the proper food. One girl was doing orders up front and drive through was rude. No one apologized and many dirty looks as I ordered the food I should have gotten done properly. Thank God this is not my normal taco bell, I would never come back!

Honestly I give a 10/10 food was great.. now the customer service was just not there!! The dinning area wasn’t very busy but for the ones that were you have to be a little respect yelling in the diner area hanging all over your boyfriend employees yelling from the cooking area to the dining area.. Got an attitude in return for the employee taking my order but order the wrong thing and told me I’m going to have to pay the difference which I had money in hand expecting to pay it’s just wasn’t a great dining area but great food

I was finally able to order a Mexican pizza. What a disappointment! Nothing but a corn tortilla with Taco meat, another tortilla, and topped with chopped tomatoes and cheese. What part were they out of for months. I also ordered 7 layer fries. Tiny container and did not taste good. Add a drink, and it was $12.00. Don’t bother!
