Really bad experience tonight from this location. From the time I ordered to when my pizza came out was close to an hour. I ordered a veggie and a peperoni. The peperoni was OK, but the veggie was skimpy on toppings and missing the garlic sauce and peppers. If Papa Johns is going forward at this level, I won’t be shopping there much in the future.

Order through the app for delivery, never received my order. Called the store and was told I had to call door dash, as this was who they used for delivery. Was unable to give door dash number nor did they try to assist with locating order. When I call door dash, they were unable to get a hold of anyone in the store. This is beyond frustrating at this point papa johns has lost a costumer. I will spread the word not to order from them.

I will never be ordering from here. Your carry out order takes 45 mins -1 hr to make. I mean how hard is it to make a pizza when all the ingredients are infront of you. They have a short little man thats very unprofessional they call a manager (Dante). He hates his job so he takes it out on his customers. Then have the audacity to use profanity towards customers for asking what his problem was.

I think people give this place a bad rap. I ordered on a Friday night even after reading these reviews. The wait time was 60+ min for pickup which did annoy me initially. I followed the pizza tracker and waited about 45 min. I then drove to the store and it was being made. I saw how many orders they had and even though they seemed to have a full staff it was tough for them to keep up. They were doing the best they could and getting through the massive amounts of orders that kept coming in. The staff was friendly and continually checked the progress of my order until it was done which was maybe another 15 min. The food was hot and properly put together. I felt bad for their delivery folks which can only take so many at a time with orders constantly coming in. I’m not typically ordering delivery anymore because I’m cheap and hate paying that fee that doesn’t go to the driver. I’d definitely order pickup from them again and trust the tracker! It does follow your pizza from creation, to bake, to being ready.

I got worst experience with this location. I want to give zero start but I need to select at least one. I ordered carry out and when we go there to receive they say order is not placed. We showed order confirmation on the app and email but they don’t trust our order. After so much time and discussion finally they verified their system and found the order for delivery and delivery address is not ours. We never changed to delivery and we were waiting for pickup. They told us that we changed to delivery and address for delivery is not address. The lady doesn’t even listen and doesn’t have courtesy to give another pizza. They charged delivery charges to me without delivery and pizza. I submitted feedback on Papa Johns site but no response yet (more than a week)

I love Papa Johns but it is so hit or miss with this location! 50% chance that they’re not only going to screw up your order but the quality will also be extremely poor (cold, burnt, barely any cheese) but sometimes they get it right and it’s delicious! You just have to decide if you’re willing to play roulette with them
