I am an avid Dunkin Donuts goer. I ask for the same drink, the same way each time, for years. I recently moved to this side of town so I started to go here before work. I have to go inside because my drink is usually made wrong even though I give specific, easy instructions. I have gone 4 times this week, and each time I asked for my drink the same way, but each time it was made different, and it was a different price. Then, when you tell them its incorrect, they look at you funny. My drink today was almost 7 dollars, and they have the nerve to give you questionable looks when you ask that they correct it.

This is supposed to be a toasted sourdough breakfast sandwich and a decaf iced coffee. Two seemingly simple items yet both are completely wrong. The sandwich is cold eggs between to slices of damp bread. Coffee is not decaf. I stopped going here because everything is always wrong, thought I’d give it another shot. Never again

Very disgusting environment the employees are very lazy and rude not to mention the young lady that was on tonight at 5:56 pm was very rude and proceeded to ignore me when I came to the window to ask her why I couldn’t have my bacon warm she didn’t explain why I had to drive back around to ask her why she ignoring me she then laughed passing the window and walked to the back. I would never return back to this location this is the only dunkin close to my home I’m very disappointed I can’t believe someone like that is working with the public

Rude employees. They were struggling with the one or two cars in the driveway and taking our small order inside. If the employee at this location worked at my local Dunkin, they would probably have a nervous breakdown, yet our local Dunkin employees are usually very polite.
