The best burger hands down. Not greasy great tasting & flavorful. The fries were nice and crispy. Good friendly customer service. Clean spacious environment outdoor eating was an option. I actually like that they had the self service registers as an option. It allows you to take your time & place your order with ease.

Food is good, portions are small and prices are horribly expensive. Got 3 burgers, (1 was plain) a shake, 1 fries and a mushroom Burger and the price was $43. That’s ridiculous!!! Should have been like $30 considering also how small the burgers are. I felt ripped off. There was also a pride flag by the food pick up and signs about showing your pride by getting rainbow sprinkles. I have nothing against anyone else but I believe that businesses should just sell food not get involved in pandering to people.

This place is pretty good! The employees seemed friendly. I thought it was mandatory to place an order at the self-serve tablet kiosk but then I heard the folks working the front end tell another customer that you are able to order at the counter also. If you order from the kiosk, you enter your cell number and they text you confirming your order and then again when it’s ready. I went with the Chick ‘n Shack- crispy chicken filet on a bun with lettuce, pickles and buttermilk herb mayo. It was delicious, and tasted perfectly fresh! A great thing about this chain restaurant is that they do not use any hormones or antibiotics in their meats. The chicken is also cage free. I like supporting businesses with principles. I got a vanilla homemade custard milkshake which was incredible! So rich and creamy! It’s been since forever that I’ve had a milkshake!! What a treat!! This is going to be a restaurant that will always be packed around the peak hours, especially lunch, so I’d suggest downloading the free app and ordering ahead for digital pickup in the restaurant- it’ll save you time and you can avoid the stress of the line/waiting for a kiosk if all are occupied. I’ll be back for a burger or hot dog sometime soon. I can’t give five stars to this place because it’s pricier than I would prefer- meaning I paid over $12 for a sandwich and a small milkshake…I believe the shakes come in one size and that size is tiny in my opinion. Oh well…Happy eating!!

Nice atmosphere with ample parking space in quiet neighborhood in a new shopping complex. Burgers and sandwich was tasty and juicy. We could feel the freshness in it. Crinkle cut Fries were cold. Shakes are good. Cashier gaves us options and they were pushing us to get shakes.. Even though we made our mind. There are kiosks that you can order food from it. You order and pick up and dine in your spot you want. Food is not served in table yoh should pick it when your device alerts. Overall good experience with shake shack. Hope they keep the taste consistent and deliver food fast.
