The Daisy Menu – Santa Barbara, CA

Type : Restaurant

Location : Santa Barbara, CA

The Daisy is light, bright and airy. An elevated counter-service restaurant and wine bar during the daytime, with a lovely patio looking out onto bustling State Street. At night, it transforms into a candle-lit and intimate dining space.

We make modern American food with a middle-eastern twist. Almost everything is made in-house – we smoke our own meats, make the flat-bread, labneh, hummus and even our own bacon. We source our produce from the local farmers markets and our proteins come from ethical and sustainable farms (Niman Ranch, Creekstone Farms, Mary’s Organic.)

Our wine and beer program is unmatched for quality and value. We have 16 excellent wines on tap, and a number of beers, and we have a well-selected bottle list too.

Based on 68 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.6 stars. Price

The Daisy is to be loved, for it is entirely wonderfully delicious! We’ve gone to The Daisy 6 times and each meal has been fresh, interesting, tasty and healthy. The portions are a bit too big but I think the owners will work that one out. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, hip and inviting. The staff are friendly, effective, professional, and efficient. The pricing is fair. I will definitely go back and I recommend that you go there too.

This little restaurant was very chic, clean modern but homey at the same time. A little pricey for what it was, but everything was fresh and tasty. It was raining outside so we sat inside at a communal high top table. I would definitely come here again, just prepared to pay a pretty penny for something as simple as roasted vegetables. Lol. Service was friendly and quick! A cute little place.

I love The Daisy. Really excellent and varied menu, with something for everyone. I usually get their pork ribs or a salad, but everything is good. Nicely curated but modest wine menu. Staff are friendly and helpful. Owners Dominic and Carmen are often behind the counter, working hard to make your meal excellent. Highly recommended.

Super cute Mediterranean place off State Street! Delicious, super fresh and definitely Instagram worthy dishes to be found here! The surprise dish was their take on a Banh Mi and it was amazing! The bread, OMG the bread was the star, even the flat bread that came with my salad…perfection!!

All the food was really delicious. I had the braised chickpeas and my husband had the burger. The fries with the burger were the yummy type that have beautiful fluffy potato inside.

3 if us went for lunch. 3 sandwiches, one fry, and 3 ice teas $90. The food was good, but not that good for the price. They were busy and didn’t respond well to requests once seated at the table.

So good! Went there for lunch and got a few of their veggie dishes. Some of the best falafel I’ve ever had!

Went to the Daisy tonight with some friends and their kids – we have been several times before and the service has always been friendly, olive oil cake delish, and good wine selections … but today we had such an awful and embarrassing moment with who I assume to be the owner or manager (older gentleman with a British accent) that I had to take the time to explain why I will never be going back there for a $140 dinner for 2 adults and one toddler ($10 grilled cheese on the kids menu), and there isn’t even table service! and it isn’t even the high price and generally mediocre food.

Our most favorite place to eat in town! Every single person at The Daisy is SO kind, and interacting with the staff is equally as enjoyable as their delectable and nutritious food. Best of all, they are so welcoming to families and know our toddlers by name. Absolutely can’t be beat- such a treasure to have them in town!

Delicious food, beautiful light atmosphere, and excellent service. They were especially helpful in accommodating my family’s severe food allergies. Will be back!
