I’ve had no issues with this location. My order has always been accurate and the food has always been visually appealing. I had an issue with payment (the app overcharged me) and the night manager promptly resolved the issue.

I just worked a 16 hr shift at a fast food restaurant, just got home at about 10 pm, our A/C isn’t working so I can’t cook anything and after looking I realize I just want some stuffed crust pizza. My go to is Pizza Hut (obviously!) But by the time I place my order its after 1030, I think they are open until midnight. Nope, they close at 11. I find this out after I place my order. The man who brought my pizza was so friendly and helpful, even though it was probably after he was supposed to go home. I’m so sorry, I gave him all the cash I had. Thank you for being so good to me, I’m so sorry I ordered after I should have. But thank you so very much for making my night. I truly appreciate all of you.

Stopped here to grab dinner for the family after a ’y day at work. Shift manger I believe her name was Aspen and the cashier Taylor or Tyler were awesome. I recommend this location to have your spirts lifted along with ordering one of their delicious pies. It’s good to see that in this crazy world people still give great costumer service and caring hearts. Best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had. The GM must be one hell of a leader! Thanks so much for turning a customer’s horrible day into a great family night! ‼️

I just had the quickest, most efficient pickup experience that I can imagine. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter asked “Picking up for Jacob?” (and I haven’t been here before, so she couldn’t have recognized me, she was simply paying attention to the orders that were coming in.) She opened the box and showed me the pizza before handing it to me– they did this years ago in Missouri, but this is the first time I’ve seen it at a Colorado location. I also didn’t have to sign a receipt like I usually do at other locations (on the flip side, she didn’t give me a receipt, but I do have one in my e-mail, plus I’m sure she would have given it to me had I asked.) This deserves five stars until something else happens to change my opinion.

Flew into Denver. Not much was open as most things closed at 10pm, found this to close at 11. Went in at 10:10 to try to get something to eat and they said they’re no longer accepting orders. I just wanted some bread sticks man.

After a very long day, my husband and kids could only do what a famished family does at the end of a hectic night… Chant for pizza. I used the mobile ordering, gave the pizza ample time to be prepped and cooked, and began my quest for the gooey circle of lactose intolerant no-no. What seemed like an eternity turned into satisfaction when I returned home, pizza looking perfect, and grabbed a slice for my 9 year old. The disappointment on his face, when the crust… had no stuff. A quick ring to the Pizza Hut, and I was immediately offered a replacement pizza. I appreciated that, as my kids were very excited for the stuffed crust.
