The food was good and the service was pretty quick. The two down sides where the ladies restroom floor was very slippery and one of the workers boyfriends was making a scene. He was cursing and went behind the counter. Some of the employees pushed him back into the dining area. He and his friends sat near the counter being loud and cursing, using the “N” word to describe the employee. He was wearing all black with his hood pulled over his head and a black mask over his mouth. It made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not go back to this location.

Burgers are so greasy and the grilled cheese I got for my daughter was a little “too well done.” Wish I could give them 0 stars. Never going back. Find another burger place in Chapel Hill before going to Shake Shack

Stopped in here in a rush to grab lunch before heading to a college tour. Did a quick kiosk order and the food came out almost instantly. It was very crowded too. I’ve had horrible experiences at shake shack in the past, but this was quite the opposite. Happy to say I finally found a good one!

The overall experience is good. I think the mushroom burger is better than the beef one. Friendly to vegetarians. Waited for 15-20min after order. Sitting outside is great if the weather is lovely.

We’re happy to have Shake Shack in Chapel Hill. Have had meals here twice already, and foods were great. Seems to be a hot place already, a little crowded during dinner time, but worth waiting 🙂

Nice new clean restaurant. Food was as expected for a shake shack, which is delicious. The only downside is the kiosk they want you to order from. It’s not intuitive so it would be nice if they had more than just 1 cashier.

It’s finally available at Chapel Hill. The easiest way to order is to use the kiosk and you will get your meal with in 10 minutes. It was the first time for me with Shake Shack. I enjoyed the burger even it was a little bit smaller than I thought.
