Worst Papa Johns in History – I called to place an order and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I kept hanging up and calling back and I finally got through to somebody. When she picked up, she said, “please give us five more minutes”. I said you already had me waiting for 30. She proceeds to continue to ask for five more minutes then put me back on hold and then hangs up. I really wanted a pizza and my friend told me I could order online and pay cash when I get there so I did that. It said my pizza was ready in 10 minutes as if they weren’t busy at all. I get there and this is the pizza Its kind of burnt and the girl behind the counter had an attitude and she was also on her phone. Never again.

Comes to a point when maybe it’s time to shutdown the store until you find more staff. I’ve waited 2 hours and I live 0.7 miles away.. you’ve got customer cars parked along the street. Restaurants full of customers coming to pick up their DELIVERY order from the store directly. My 3 star rating is due to how hard the two gents were working. It’s not their fault. The store owner needs to make some serious changes or CLOSE.

Ordered my pizza between 7-7:30pm for delivery . Conformation said 8:30 to 8:42pm. At 8:45 I called the location. The sales persons said they were backed up and did I want to cancel my order… I asked how much longer, he said 2 more hours. NOT acceptable. Then the young man hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager . She said there was nothing she could do. Horrible service … I have ordered from this location in the past and ALWAYS something goes wrong. Do not order from this location …. Junior the owner needs to know his staff is horrible !!!

I ordered the NY style pizza for pick up. I timed it for 5:15pm and was made way before and was cold when I picked it up. The NY style pizza taste good however, it does not taste like a NY style pizza. It has to be cooked longer so the cheese can be a bit darker with the bubbly look on top and the crust was way too soft.

They refused to make me a pizza with the ingredients I WANT It and told me that they’ll make it if it was a large pizza only…. “It’s not an option “ the cashier that seemed to be absolutely LOST told me. First time in 4 years I try to buy a papa jhons pizza. LAST TIME EVER. “Better ingredients” only if you purchase a large. I just left hungry to a dominoes. Worst Papa John’s EVER! We were staying at Bahia Mar. Our order took 94 mins. It was cold, when it arrived. We tried calling 4 times and 2 times today. No answer. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am calling corporate. They should have their Franchise licenses pulled.
