The dining room was empty when we came in with no one in line. We were greeted immediately and our orders taken in a friendly and efficient manner. I had the chicken bacon Swiss, which was delicious. The crispy bacon, breaded chicken breast, and condiments on a quality bun were quite tasty. I’m not a fan of the drink kiosk, but I figured it out. There were no small lids, but the cashier supplied me with some on request. The fries were fresh, but I would have preferred the mozzarella sticks a little hotter. Plenty of seating and parking in a convenient location.

I went to the drive through and by my mistake, didn’t check my order before getting home. It was fresh and tasted good and the young woman at the window was friendly, but I had asked for Texas Whopper with ketchup instead of mayo and no tomato and no onions. They got that part right but also left off the bacon and lettuce. So I guess I was satisfied but dissatisfied.

I know people usually have issues with this location, but every time I have gone I have been met with great customer service and kindness. Today I had to write a review because I had ordered cheese sticks, and they charged me, but then I were out! So instead of simply giving a refund they went uo and beyond and gave me a fry and a shake in order to cover the cost! Huge shout out to Alyssa and her coworker that I did not get the name of. You were both very kind and showed excellent service!

By far the worst place ive ever been. As a fast food chain place you would think of a better upbeat pace place with enthusiastic people wanting to help and serve the people. But no i thought wrong. Im very disappointed in this place and will never return again. My Food was cold, my soda was flat no carbonation what so ever. Here is an update…. Every time we go, we wait for over 20 minutes to get our food inside or through the drive through. They never seem to know what drive through speaker you are at. The staff is made up of teenagers and if your lucky one person over the after 25.
