When Pizza Hut is good it’s GOOD and this one has it right! The food was delicious and hot and the employees weren’t just friendly, you could tell they genuinely cared about what food they were putting out. I will definitely be driving the extra distance in the future for this Pizza Hut!

I ordered my items over the phone the respersentive stated my food will be ready in 15 mins. I get there in 17 minutes wait for 9 minutes pull my pizza out it was burnt and cold… maybe they were just having a bad day but I had a hungry stomach

Worst pizza I’ve ever gotten. We had to order food from somewhere else. Completely inedible. Forgot my ONE topping (pepperoni) it was in a POOL of grease, and tough as a door!! It was the worst experience ever. The employees were an absolutely rude as well. This place needs a lot of help.

You can tell they don’t want to work at this location. They open at 10 am. At 12 pm I ordered online and received a call immediately and was told that they didn’t have the dough for the Big Dinner Box and I would have to wait 2 hours for it to be made. This wasn’t even a delivery order, it was for pick up. I had them cancel the order and I called the Pizza Hut in Winter Haven and asked if they had dough for the Big Dinner Box and the person was shocked I was even asking that. I felt pretty stupid asking that too…I placed the order with them and I will be driving to this location going forward.
