I was the only one in line, ordered 7 piece stuffed jalapenos and got home to find a 2 piece chicken strip. I don’t get why Jack in the box employees are so awful making the correct thing. Of the last 3 times I’ve gone they have never gotten my order right and always screw up something. Also there were so many homeless people camping on the property surrounding the store it was super sketchy to be stuck in a drive thru like that.

I’ve tried the last few mornings at between 4 and 5 am to get breakfast before work. They either tell me they are only doing doordash and Uber orders only or they don’t even talk through the drive through box at all.
