So the food is always good, that’s never been an issue here. What I do have an issue with is the fact that they don’t give out salsa for all your burritos anymore if the burrito or dish comes with any kind of pepper in it already. The salsa is one of the best things about going there and for them to want to charge .75 cents for some is ridiculous. That’s why I only gave them 3 stars. Maybe if enough customers say something they will change their policy on this because it only recently started.

Food was ok, service sucks, lady in the front is rude unless she knows you. A smile would go a long way. If your burrito has jalapeño or some sort of spice they will not give you salsa. You will have to buy it for .75 cents plus tax extra. For the portion of salsa it is not worth it. Just go down the street to Saucedos. If they didn’t nickel and dime you for everything it would be nice, also if they wouldn’t mad dog you when ordering is very much appreciated. Paid $40 for 7 burritos

the place didn’t look very welcoming to begin with. upon entrance I noticed a lack of menu display via signage or handheld tangible menus, I asked the lady who came to take my order (she had an attitude) if they had quesadillas she informed yes, only chicken beef and cheese. Not a problem for me as I love both fajita beef and chicken, I ordered the beef quesadilla. I had to wait about 15-20 min for my quesadilla and mind you the restaurant was empty and the steak was already cooked( the pieces on my quesadilla were extremely dry and overcooked.). upon getting my plate, which they forgot the drink I paid 32 oz limonada that I purchased, i open my quesadilla to see 2 large strips of meat across my quesadilla that were recognizably old and overcooked. upon asking for a refund they asked me why and I informed them that the plate was not appealing and I had never in my life saw a quesadilla prepared that way. Customers looked and agreed that the plate in hand was very questionable and poorly prepared. the worker informed me that she could not give me a refund today since I paid card and their bank had to do yada yada. I explained to her that I wasn’t going to just leave with their promise to refund the money at the end of the day when their system was closed out. I started recording and asked for the manager, when the manager came out she looked at my plate, looked at me and said well it’s 3 pieces of meat on there not 2, I told her I didn’t care at this point I just wanted a refund. after pulling teeth and advising them that not only am I recording but their other customers are seeing how they treat me. finally they were able to give me a cash refund and a notice to never come back and patronize their establishment again. I have pictures and video and will be moving forward with talking to someone higher up about the event that took place. would not recommend especially to black customers, and people who know authentic and good Mexican food.

Fajitas and More has been around for years and hands down has some of the best burritos I’ve ever had. On today’s experience, I had the classic barbacoa and bean burrito. This bad boy screams authentic in flavor and size. I washed it all down with a childhood favorite…..a fresh horchata! If you’re looking for a great hole in wall style restaurant, look no further than Fajitas and More here in Odessa, TX.

Top burrito business in town! Our personal favorite is the cheese chile relleno burrito! Had an asado and an bean and egg burrito and both were delicious! The Horchata was the best Ive had in a while!
