A+ A+ A+ this place is phenomenal!! Excellent food, atmosphere, service, drinks, and menu! Did I mention the food!?? MY GOODNESS, THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN GEM! and they have a bar… 2 TVs, and Keno!!! We had a working lunch meeting yesterday, and Union Station Smokehouse did not disappoint. The pulled pork was excellent, as were the beans. I didn’t hear any complaints about the wings or Mac n Cheese either.

Unique restaurant. Used to be a service station that was turned into a restaurant. Decor was fitting and carried over the days when it was a service station. All the staff was friendly! We were greeted with a smile and hello. Our waitress was on top of it. Never even needed to ask for a refill. The food was good, but not the best. I wished the cornbread was sweet cornbread. It kind of tasted like Jiffy Mix from home. We ordered a meal that we were able to share amongst 3 of us. It was filling and the pricing wasn’t bad. I’d eat there again and try something different on the menu.

Oh my gosh their food is so good. Just a little side note, if you’re a Coke or a Pepsi fan they don’t have either. They have. I think it’s called Detroit City cola and it is good. I got the brisket dinner with fries and cottage cheese.

We first ate breakfast there, the waitress was excellent, so we want back there too eat dinner. The waitress we had in the morning was gone and we had a couple (older) waitresses. The older waitresses had the typical Durand disposition, which is one of the main reasons I dislike the town.

Great place. Food was superb. Ribs are so tender you can pull bone right out. Got “The Switchman” for $22, so much delicious food couldn’t eat it all, took leftovers home and it ended up being three meals for Mr. Great brisket, sausage and pulled pork. Got some smoked wings too and they were great. Bourbon barbecue sauce was delicious

Must have breakfast. Great prices and very good food. Homemade gravy, hash, biscuits and of course brisket. Potatoes are unique and crunchy. Breakfast is served until 1pm. Of course you get their BBQ sauces. Owners are very pleasant and cheerful.
