It’s Me
I’ve had multiple issues but didn’t say anything until the 3rd time, I’m tired of wasting my $. The owner, Britt did Nothing to fix the issues and acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I know that my order was wrong 3 times in a few months. She now says I cannot come to store b/c of “verbal abuse.” I stated nothing but facts, but she’d rather be in her feelings and use excuses instead of righting wrongs. No wonder the service has gone so far down. It’s not as if I wish to go there anyways, I’d rather not waste my $. We can make sure a whole bunch of people don’t go if they don’t want to fix their bad food. I’ve never went where there was even a person in front of me, bad management will do that. If Britt is the owner than this will just be another restaurant closed soon. It’s a ghost town there anyways. The owner has Major problems so I cannot fault the poor employees.

Freaky and fast they tell me. It definitely was fast, but didn’t get freaky at all. Tasted pretty good though. The meat slides off the bun the further you get to finishing your sub. I don’t mind.

Love the sandwiches from here!!! The French Bread is fantastic and the toppings are fresh and full of flavor. You can’t go wrong with any of the menu items and their kettle chips are a great crunchy addition to your sub. Service is fast and friendly. While the dining area is somewhat small the carry-out option is great for a quick picnic in the nearby park! Highly recommend 5/5 stars!!!

Had a great experience, they had the sandwich to me before I was done paying! I got the Big Italian- Add mayo, pickles, and extra sauce! Also ask for it TBO! Makes it have less bread and more substance Customer service was incredible and have to say the kickin ranch is to DIE for!!

Friendly and very fast service! Pretty sure I had my sub in about ..what felt like 20 seconds or less from when I opened my mouth to order. Food was super fresh and store was clean! For not having Jimmy John’s for years..I was very impressed with this experience. Glad there is one somewhat close by. Time to open one up in Eaton ohio??!

By the time I’m done paying the food is usually waiting for me. the drive-thru has always been just as fast.
