Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem. It was super simple to make a reservation a couple of days before. I called and was immediately helped. When we got there, our table was ready for us (we were 18 people). The staff was absolutely amazing. I know it’s not the easiest attending a large group, but they were so nice and did so great helping all of us. We were there to celebrate my mom’s birthday so our waiter asked my sister and I to text him a couple of photos of my mom. We did, and he got my mom the best drink ever! Her photo was on the drink and it was absolutely amazing. She didn’t even want to drink it! Haha. We were blown away by the detail provided by this restaurant. I honestly wish I had taken more pictures of the food. We all ordered a little bit of everything and it was all so delicious. The pricing is also pretty great! I only wish they had better drink specials, like buckets of beer and pitchers of pisco sour. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much for making my mom’s birthday lunch the best ever!

This has to be the very best Peruvian Food eatery in the entire east coast. In Nj there are lots of Peruvian Restaurants and EL Tayta will have you questioning your fine dining experiences because this place delivers. My hat goes off two both Chefs in the kitchen , you guys rock. And to the Gentleman who took our order. I couldn’t thank you enough for such a great service and experience. I hope to visit your establishment again And again.

Our favorite Peruvian restaurant! We come here every time we visit the Miami area and always get the trio ceviche, it’s the best. We also tried a few new dishes too and they were amazing. John, our server was super nice and helpful with his recommendations. We’ll be back!

What an amazing place. I enjoyed everything and will return even if its far from us. The cilantro chicken soup was so amazing. The corn in cheese sauce was great. Every sauce they had was mind blowing.

Nice restaurant, wanted to try something different and found El Tayta Peruvian restaurant here in sunny isles beach Florida. Portions were a Good size. Would recommend Papa a la Huancaina appetizer if you want to try something different.

What a gem! The freshest food and strong drinks! We tried three kinds of ceviche and all were excellent. The grilled octopus is out of this world, and the lunch menu is very affordable with generous portions. Even the kids menu is fresh and made in house. Must try!

Honestly i read reviews and was nervous. But all unfounded. The food was wonderful. Seafood was fresh. We enjoyed the unique flavors of Peru. The grilled seafood and tri mix cerviche were awesome.Pictures below.
