We love D&B and try to find one wherever we travel(I collect a duck from each location). Loved the variety of games this location had but lord have mercy the flipping music was unbearably loud. I could hear it even with my AirPods in and noise cancelling on. When we sat at the bar, it got worse when the fight came on. Whew. If you aren’t deaf when you go in, you might be when you leave.

Good food, nice staff, clean bathroom. They also have a family bathroom for those who need it. The food looked so good I forgot to take a picture and the same thing happened with the games…. Didn’t stop playing long enough to take pictures of the play area. I only took my phone out of my pocket on the way into the building and on the way to the bathroom to check for messages! ♀️

This was my first time ever at a Dave and Busters. The waitress Jaylee was awesome and the food was good. The arcade was fun as well. I wish the arcade was bigger, but it wasn’t bad.

The food was really good, and our server was excellent. If you’re trying to have a conversation over dinner, forget about it! The noise level is deafening. After dinner, we enjoyed playing games in the gaming area. Overall, it was a fun experience.

I took my family on the virtual reality MIB experience. We had a really good time but be mindful though you might get nauseous. I personally think the games could be a little cheaper but overall the staff was really nice and we had a really good time ❤️

I just went for the first time and had a late lunch. The Southern Cobb Salad was very good, and there was definitely enough on the plate. Our server was very courteous and polite. She checked on us frequently. I would definitely go back to enjoy a meal.

This was my first time visiting this location and although I am born and raised in Augusta Ga I will not be returning. The kids enjoyed their selves but when it came time to eat I was so dissatisfied. Our waiter was Ariel she started out with a beautiful smile and patience. I ordered after my family bc I was indecisive. I literally allowed her to put their order in and when she brought the drinks back I placed my order for the shrimp dip. I wash I had not ordered. It was not many ppl over there at all and the ones that were they all had their food already. It took all of 30-45 minutes for me to receive my food. She came to the table and said they were running behind on my dip I ask how far behind. She could tell I was aggravated at this point as I should be bc my family had demolished theirs and I’m still waiting. So we ask for it to be togo. When she did bring It I ask if this was the correct amount bc it was enough for a baby so I was confused on why it took so long. A platter of chips but a pea size amount of dip. Her whole mood changed. I am very big on customer service. I the customer should never be able to detect any feelings you may have against one. I’m a paying customer who waited more than long enough for their food, I wasn’t offered a drink wasn’t offered to speak with a manager, nothing was reduced off my bill and the worst part was not offered an apology of no kind. Ariel next time a customer Im has the right to become frustrated after waiting 45 minutes for their food doesn’t mean you have the right to become a rude and inconsiderate server….. BTW the dip is recommended 10/10 off taste alone….. The amount is not worth what you pay!

Went on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty empty. Just went to play some games, which they have a variety of. Its also still pretty new which is great. It was also clean! It is smaller compared to other Dave and Busters (but i believe thats just an Augusta thing considering all other entertainment places are just as small compared to others.) Had a great time overall!

I was excited to go to Dave & Buster’s in Augusta. I went to the Orlando D&B location and was blown away by the Mushroom Stout Burger; so, I ordered one here. This one didn’t measure up. The cheese slice on the one in Orlando was about 1/2 inch thick and paper thin in Augusta. The beef was burnt. Maybe, I should have ordered medium instead of med/well. The rest of the food was great.
