The experience I received was horrible a nightmare. I called ordered food for carryout. I had a drive a distance so I thought it would be the faster way. I arrived at bairs no one greeted me at the front door! I proceeded to the bar since it was my first time I probably looked lost. I wait 10 min as workers walk by going here there. So I flagged a male down that was walking by. He then told a lady and she greeted me. I said I’m here for a carryout order for “name”. She said oh as she looked for the order in the kitchen in the back. 5 min later she came out said they haven’t started it yet. I said ok had a seat started watching TV. About 7 to 10 min later she came back up said your food is ready. So I paid and as I looked at the receipt before I paid the was a surcharge for carryout order! I then asked kindly why there was a surcharge. She stated loudly that that’s what they do when they have carryout! I said we’ll this is my first time here and the service was horrible and that I would not be back to the location. I get home open the food and the buger was way under cooked. I asked for well done! It was also a smashed burger! You see in the picture it’s one huge patty cut in half a half inch thick not smashed at all. First bite was gross went to the trash can after that bite! The worst experience ever !

Staff was super friendly. Burger, fries and onion rings were good. The cheese curds were a little over cooked and the meat on the prime rib sandwich was really dry. Will be back for a different burger.

Worst place ever!! If I could do 0stars I would!! This was our first time ever going. They were very rude. Charged us for online ordering when we didn’t order it online. Then this was suppose to be a smash burger! It wasn’t even cooked!! Never going back!

Y’all our lunch visit here was great ! The have tons of unique burgers to choose from, as well as other menu items. The homemade chips are delicious and crispy. My Black Mamba burger and my wife’s Boom Boom bacon burger were both awesome !! The staff here are friendly and inviting from the moment you walk in. We were well looked after during our enjoyable dining experience in this relaxing sports grill with great rock and easy music from the 70’s and 80’s. So, that all being said, y’all come on in and have a great meal !! And for the management, Khaliah is an amazing server !! So friendly and genuine !! She’s such a sweetheart ! Yes we will definitely be back soon!

We waited and waited and waited… never got our food so we left. Our waitress came back one time after sitting with empty cups. We waited for at least 30 minutes, didn’t get our refills or our food. The place was not busy. There was a drunk guy SCREAMING at the tv. I’m unsure why we were sat right near the screaming drunk when there was an entire separate dining area completely empty. Disappointed.

Hot, humid day and the inside was the same. Slow service, sticky floors. I haven’t been here and years and now I remember why. Like most of the chain restaurants in Nixa this place sucks also. Don’t waste your time or money.

Well Bair’s good luck in your new location- you’ve lost me as a customer. The server was inexperienced, but a nice kid (Gavin). The Food: When I first bit into the #25 Bacon Egg and Cheese burger (add avocado) I was really searching for what that taste was… it was crunchy and smokey, maybe the bacon? Well, a few more bites and I still wasn’t through it. Take the bacon off, couple more bites- no change? Finally I’m looking around my table at my family who apparently are having the same experience I am. One whole side of each of our burgers is burnt to a crisp (see pic below). It must be really dark in that kitchen for the cook to have not seen this. Also- we were the only customers in the place, and with Sunday nite football on the multiple screens around us too, (guess I know why). When I brought it to our servers attention, he was very apologetic and said he spoke to the manager- who never did come to check on the issue. Simply told the server to give us 15% off our meal. That $49 ticket dropped to $42. Gavin- I hope you kept all the tip I left for yourself, the cook and rest of the “team” didn’t deserve any of it. Very disappointed Bair’s.
