I lived in Thailand for 10 years and finding an authentic Thai restaurant has been a struggle in Jacksonville until I tried Tuptim Thai! Food is very authentic and staff welcomes you with the genuine Thai hospitality. Tuptim is a must try if you want to experience authentic Thai cuisine.

Really good food! Great vegan options. Friendly service. Did is a bit pricey, but not too bad. It was $75 for 4 people to eat there drinking only water. But it is very tasty.

Was only 3 tables inside when I got here. Sat at my table for about 10 minutes before I was greeted. Ordered pad thai. The flavor is good but there were no green onions in it or cilantro. I asked for the spices to add on with my meal and was never given it. Never checked on. Will not come back because the service was terrible. They need to hire more help.

I can’t elaborate more on how much I love this restaurant. I’ve driven from Orlando to eat this Thai food. The Tom Yum is the best I’ve had anywhere in the US and Canada. I literally crave their food and find every other Thai place a let down compared to Tuptim.
