Worst Haitian restaurant in Orlando I’ve stayed at the Westlake resort for little fun and decided to go get some food from Pollo chicken the Haitian patie was spoiled with old flour and the fritay was old tasted so disgusting $ 72 went Staight down the drain so disappointed please stay away from this place felt so embarrassed .

You can’t argue with the fact that the food is good, but the service is appalling. There is no customer service offered by the employees. I placed my order an hour in advance, but I still had to wait for 30 mins , and then they got my order wrong. If you are patient, don’t mind wasting time, and can put up with the terrible customer service, I would only suggest coming here. The management loves to tell you to ask for the manager, but whenever you do, she is either nowhere to be found or is in Haiti.Do better as a business owner because this is hardly a business and more of a side gig. Being a black business does not excuse poor trash service!

I come here several times and I had to give it a break because of the wait time and other things. I think the food are pretty good. I like the grill chicken they have and the chicken wings. The wait time is outrageous last time I went and waited over 30mins. Haitian food restaurant make the food fresh and it’s not a fast food joint so I understand. I think they need more people working there so it the wait time won’t be so long. I’ll definitely come back but please don’t have me waiting that long when I place my order before coming.

Not only is this the worst and restaurant they customer service is the worst they charge you and arm and a leg wait time is horrible the MANAGER WIFE is so fake and rude if you would to ever had mist understanding with her she will do roots (VOODOO) on you she has done it to my friend everyone on Orlando knows by now they’re well known for that so be careful going there I’m not a hater just speaking facts your better off going to any other Haitian restaurant for your meal stay bless

Worst Restaurant in Orlando if you look though the reviews you can see the manager responding and cussing out customers in Haitian Creole rather take the time to evaluate and make progress on where it’s wrong bad customer service the manager wife is wolf in sheep clothing expensive food for no reason longest wait time and the manager wife be ready to do Haitian voodoo on you if you disagree with her attitude
