Amazing food, great ambiance, fantastic menu, good wine list at reasonable prices. Great service and a lot of fun! Dish highlights: Mousse de canard, Fattoush salad, Nicoise Salad, Canard, Poulet (mashed potatoes are to die for!!), Steak Frites, Cherry Clafoutis. Bistro de Ville uses top quality meats and fish and the prices are quite reasonable!

The food was excellent at this welcoming, comfy French Bistro. My husband had the mussels, which he claimed were among the finest he has ever had. For dessert, the chocolate mousse was sweet and mouth-watering. Service was amicable and made us feel welcomed. Bistro De Ville is a gem of a place in Scarsdale. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Love love LOVE this place! The service, decor, ambience, drinks, oysters, burger (one of the BEST I’ve ever had), and chocolate mousse (if you try anything, it MUST be this because it is unbelievably good)… everything was absolutely wonderful! Bistro de Ville is a very nice addition to the area. I would not say that they serve authentic French food– it’s more like “French-inspired,” but the food is decent, the prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Service was friendly and professional.
