Good food but lying about the burgers. I Their menu says smash burgers , but they are not even close to a smash burger. It’s just a regular patty and super bland. I ordered a large fry that was mostly empty when I got it. And they completely missed one of our hamburgers on our order. Their breakfast and doughnuts are amazing, though. I’ve had the breakfast tacos really delicious. Would have been 4 or 5 stars.but the burgers are not smashed and don’t have much flavor. super disappointing.

Fast service, everything is cashless and done at a kiosk. Brix soda is decent, the nitro cold brew was great. We ordered a bunch of things to try. The burrito is my favorite, the breakfast BLT was my wife’s favorite. We also ordered donuts and the southern chicken biscuit.. the donuts were great the biscuit was decent. 2 drinks, 3 hand helds and 2 donuts it was $31 so prices are pretty decent for higher quality food.

Just picked up lunch & a donut. Note, I ate half of my fries before thinking to take a picture. The Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich was juicy and amazing! The Garlic Parmesan Fries…YUM! And the Lemon-Blueberry Poppyseed donut addicted me instantly! I’d been watching the progress of Blue Kitchella and was delighted to see they were finally open! I went in and found out it was the 1st day of business (still technically a soft open), but was very impressed with the menu, interior and concept! They have kiosks that you order from and it’s cashless. It was super easy to navigate the kiosk to place my order. The staff was SO GREAT and super friendly! They explained the menu, how to order, details about their menu–fresh made artisan donuts daily, BROASTED chicken. Their soda is made with sugar cane from a place in GR (I didn’t get a drink, but now wish I would have!) I see this place as somewhere that will become very popular, very quickly. I already can’t wait to go back and try something else!

Be prepared to do things a little differently when you come here. First of all they are cashless and have signs on the doors alerting you to that fact and the reasons why. Secondly, you order from a kiosk. There is one when you walk in the door and others inside by the counter. Now to the food…

Staff was super friendly and gave great recommendations. The atmosphere is fabulous, the decor is really nice. I was seriously impressed with how nice the inside looked. We ordered the tots, the Cookie Monster, the Otto and Irma and the Michigan Apple fritter. We also got two nitro cold brews! Everything tasted amazing and we can’t wait to come back and try more donuts and sandwiches.

It’s very good food. Been three times and happy with most of what we’ve had. The breakfast burrito is really good. The donuts are mostly good with the maple bacon being my favorite. Great breakfast potatoes with fantastic seasoning. Spicy chicken sandwich was tasty but the chicken didn’t taste spicy without the sauce despite the description saying the chicken itself was spicy as well.
