Awesome! The way food should be done. And if you want a boring cheese steak go down the street. Want a different new delicious one? Then Newk’s is the place. Servers were sweet and greeting. Food was better than expected and packaged extremely well. The owner very nice also.

First time to visit this eatery and it is a little reminiscent of McAllisters. However, staff was prompt in welcoming me in the door and helping to decide on a food selection. I chose the large double club sandwich and pasta salad. I wish I would have known how large a large is..lol.. Half of that sandwich is plenty. And I am a big eater… The sandwich was good and the pasta salad was sufficient as well. I will definitely try them again when in the area.

I attended the soft opening on 10/11/19 at around 630 pm. My order was promptly taken and I got us a table. I ordered the Shrimp Po-boy sandwich with a tippah county caviar. My wife got Chicken Tortilla soup with a side salad. My daughter go a half sandwich (Newks Q) and a Caesar salad. Everything was brought out quickly. My only complaint is no spoon was given with the soup. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. I know this location will do very well .

I usually never have problems. I ordered on my app. I ordered a newk’s q pizza and tomatoes. There was no bacon or Jalapeños. Plus they covered the pizza in tomatoes and it made it wet. It wasn’t cut right and the cheese went and covered tge cust on some. I also got a fruit bowl, potato soup, and kids pepperoni pizza. Those were good except they forgot her drink with her kids meal.

I had a poor experience tonight. The people were wonderful. I walked in to place a carry out order. A full pair with a news q pizza(no jalapeños). And Mac and cheese. It was not busy in my opinion. But my order took 40 minutes. They were apologetic and offered a free desert. I do not live close. It is a 40-45 minute drive. So the final nail in the coffin was finding jalapeños on my pizza. My usual store is Hot Springs. So who knows if or when I’ll use this Newks again.

Food was good, the service was mediocre. After standing at the counter to pick up my prepaid order for 5 min they finally checked with me. Then I stood there for about 15 min before getting my pizza and soup. I just wish they would have let me know how much longer it would take. Also, could people with long hair keep it bound while in the kitchen?

I am a fan of Newk’s other locations but not Benton. I went there over a week ago. Several tables waiting on food, two staff members eating in the open kitchen, another one on her phone. One of the staff that was eating, put down her food and starting dipping soup for a customer, while wiping her mouth and tossing her long (not put up) hair. I asked for a refund, was told I would get it in 24 hours. After a phone call with a manager the next day, was told 3-5 day wait on my refund, still waiting. I will not be back.

A friend and I ordered a pizza and salad and the Pizza came out wrong. They offered to replace it but because it was lunch there was no time. The manager came over and refunded the whole check and apologized.. Just goes to show it’s not how u mess up but how u fix u mess up. Great service and thank you!!!
