This is a great place for breakfast! I had Huevos Rancheros, a concoction of fried tortillas topped with beans, eggs, queso, tomatoes and onions and a lovely red salsa with a side of roasted potatoes, so yummy! My partner had a Poblano burrito with roasted potatoes, all of it yummy!

Love this place! The food is good and the cool thing is watching the train cars go by so close to the restaurant!! Funny thing is that you don’t really hear a lot of noise from the locomotive!

First time at Daybreak Cafe. 9 am on a Saturday, and they were swamped with the breakfast crowd. That is good sign. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Our waitress did an amazing job. Serving size was great and the food was fantastic! Good variety and a terrific way to start the day. We will definitely be back. Great food, incredible staff.

The workers and waitresses here are actually so nice and amazing, even helping me with directions to get around town while I wait for my train, opening doors for customers coming in, and being incredibly patient and compassionate (more than i would have been) towards a… difficult to say the least customer.

Food was okay, I had blueberry pancakes and an omelet. Both were good but generic. Service was good but disorganized. Vents were actively dripping water into the dining area, but building was over all clean. I will try again in a few months.

We had breakfast at the Daybreak Cafe this morning. I’m not sure five stars are enough! Fast friendly service, great waitress, wonderful menu with many Mexican and American choices, large portions, prices commensurate with other breakfast venues, delicious food, modern and immaculate tables and seating and adequate parking. You can’t ask for more. We will definitely be back to enjoy this incredible breakfast/lunch cafe!

I am hoping it was an off day, based on other reviews. I had the meat and vegetables omelet, flavor was very lacking, and it was small. The hash browns were also nothing to write home about, limp and soggy. The sour dough bread was good, as well as the coffee. I over herd the couple at table next to me also talking about how the quality of food and service had declined. This was my first time going there and was not impressed at all.
