An older establishment. Very diverse menu. Not gonna be the best meal you ever have by any means but still good. Service was great. Was a bit let down by my finger steaks. My wife enjoyed her burger though and the fries were fresh. Will try one of the burgers next time around. See if we can get it bumped up to a 4 star.

A run of the mill restaurant with so so food and slow service. They were nice people and all but just slow. My salad was kinda wilty and had a weird crumb thing on it. Get the soup. The food was ok but kinda of flavorless. No spices at all.

I went for lunch and had the pepperjack burger and fries. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Food was fresh, good portion sizes, and tasty. Seating comfortable, and atmosphere friendly. I would stop by again if riding through Grand Coulee.

This is our favorite place to eat when staying in the Grand Coulee area. The portions are large. The menu is well varied. The staff is always very friendly. On this particular occasion, they were very busy but the server still managed to provide top notch service. The in house trimmed steaks are always cooked to perfection.

The first thing you can do when walking through the front door is turn around. From the browning bag salad, instant mashed Potatoes and spider web covered exterior. This restaurant was highly recommended by a local and upon first sight I was not too sure. But I have been to some less than ideal places that served terrific food. I had the beefy jack and was less than disappointed by the soggy bread, frozen vegetables, instant potatoes and gravy and mystery meat that some what resembled roast beef. Service was okay, the fries were good. That’s about all.

The staff are friendly clean. I went into watch the Thrusday night game and had a few beers in the bar section. This restaurant is very quaint and historical. One wall has a huge light up photo of the Dam, from 1948. One wall has large paintings of rockstars and legends. Not a very good selection of beers on tap, but had bottled beers. I did not eat the food but the menu that was given to me had very good choices of appetizers, salads and dinner entrees. Nice steak selections. Breakfast is served allday. Huge parking lot for travelers with boats, trailers, RV,s etc. Does not look like a restaurant from the street view. It has lots of booth like seating, great for or a huge family, kids welcome. Or a table with chair for you bigger fellas.

I was working for one of the local schools and a co-worker and I stayed in Grand Coulee. We were told about Pepper Jack’s by our hotel. We went for dinner. The decor is right out of the 50’s and the service that we received was great. We each had a fresh hand cut steak in the lounge and after dinner we decided we would be eating here for the duration of our trip. The young woman that served us breakfast could have been a little more on the ball but this is a laid back little town. If you can’t appreciate the atmosphere and pace of a place like this then keep on going to McDonald’s. Every meal we had at this place was great and we stayed in town almost a week. Amazing steaks! Just my 0.02.

Good home style cooking? Food is horrible. It’s all Food Service of America pre-packaged. There is no cooking. I guess they’ll make you a hamburger, but it’s the lowest quality of everything. Fish sandwich was horrible, like McDonald’s but not as fresh. If that’s your thing. But don’t go if you like “good food.”
