I hate giving low stars. I ordered something and my card has been charged four times. After that lady want me to swipe again. I politely asked and shows four separate transactions popped up in my credit card apps. They stick on the same and don not agree problem might happen from there side as well. I know that they can reverse a transactions but the approach was not right at all

Ordered for the first time. The falafel bowl was amazing. But the Naf fries that I paid extra for were inedible. They were completely raw and soaked in oil. Basically dipped in the fryer and sent. Such a disappointment

I ordered a falafel pita.The staff always seems to be in training and it appeared to be this person’s first sandwich. Falafel only had a tiny bit of hummus at the very bottom, none of the vegetable salad I requested, and good cucumber sauce, but all on the very top so that it fell out and left the falafel dry. Not inexpensive.The baklava was really good.
