I called this location and I was asking a question. I guess I was making the owner/employee upset. Granted, I had a cold so I may have sounded aggressive. While I was trying to explain what I wanted, the owner/employee hung up on me. When I called back, they placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I purposely held on to see if they where going to take my order so I could pick it up. This location was very rude and I will not purchase a cup of water from them. If you do not have the tolerance of people calling asking a question, this is not for you!!!!

Edit: I suppose the management’s misutilization, let alone comprehension of the review process, is only rivaled by the tone deaf manner in which they operate their establishment. You are not dealing with your best and your brightest here. This place is charging $35 for a single pizza, and if you have something to say about the quality, you are SOL or met with the ramblings that you see here and on many of THEIR other reviews. I welcome everyone to look at my reviews. That’s kind of what this thing is all about. Maybe I will check Pantera’s out again in the future when there is yet another management change. Time will tell.

I picked up a pizza last night. I spent $30 for the med HUNK. I noticed right away it wasn’t as heavy as it usually is. After getting home I was so excited to eat this pizza, because it’s a treat when I buy one. I was so disappointed to see how small it was, compared to how it usually is. It was half the size in toppings. I started to call and talk to management but, I was like what the use. I must say it was still good. I ate 2 slices when I usually only barely can finish 1.

They Live
We had Panteras in Belleville IL in the 80’s and 90’s my mom gave me and my friend pizza and video game money,. Back then Panteras was way different. ex. Pepperoni pizza had pepperoni under the chs and on top of the cheese and many other things. It’s almost like someone just bought the name. It’s not at all the same meh means unimpressed and still gave you three stars.
