Place was clean, visible crew working cohesively to get the order correct. We ordered a Grilled Burrito Box and with NO MEAT on any items and asked for extra Onions in the items and the order was delivered perfectly. Two add on drinks and one with the box. The server asked if we wanted an extra drink that was made at no cost and we gladly took it. There were a few couples dining inside while we came to make our order to go. Will definitely come back here. 5 stars for the crew and their cheerful attitude.

THE WORST taco bell location I’ve ever been to. Has the laziest workers and nobody does their job right. Randomly closes whenever they feel like it. I will never go back to this location ever again. I’m disgusted with the way they run this place. Absolutely insane that it hasn’t been shut down yet. Terrible.

Terrible wait. Over 30 minutes for food. We felt so bad for the poor supervisor who was trying her best to accommodate orders. Obviously short staffed. Incorrect food but there was no way we were going back to the counter because of the extremely long wait. Taco Bell needs to reevaluate the supervisor role and provide adequate staffing for her. It’s not fair that she doesn’t get her breaks while other employees do and she obviously goes beyond to help customers.

For so long we gave this Taco Bell a grace period to work better and faster. They have disappointed us greatly, you can tell that the workers are not proud of the work they do, but the quality is not good not much inside, very little lettuce and not much meat at all. It happened a few times and more expensive now. Laziness on all levels.

11-5-22: Updated review-This place has gone severely downhill. They serve about 4 drive-through vehicles for every dining customer, so dine-in takes forever. A Nacho Taco Supreme is now $3.39ea, and it’s a joke. There was about 6 grated pieces of cheese on it, 1/8″ of meat, a dollop of sour cream, and the rest was lettuce x 2 of these. The Mexican Pizza didn’t fully make it into the box, so it broke, and the amount of meat on it was pathetic. $20 meal for 2 that was worth maybe $5. We ordered dine-in, and they bagged up our order. 4 taco’s in the bag…not wrapped well, and put in upside down. Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food. Sadly not anymore. Inflation has hurt and we don’t eat out very often. It will no longer be at Taco Bell in Placerville.

Friendly people, not 1 but 2 actual “Thank you’s” from employees. Small clean lobby and tables were clean as well. Food was available promptly and was made with fresh ingredients. Plenty of parking and the drive thru appeared to move consistently along. It’s one of the better Taco Bells that I’ve been in a period over the last 12 months.

I just went through the drive thru and the sweetest lady was working the window! Someone else handed me my food and I didn’t get a chance to tell her she totally made my day! Always great, fast service and the food is consistently good at this location
