Poor customer service along with poor quality of food. Not only was my chicken sandwich cold (got 2 and they were both cold) after biting into 1 I realized it wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant to let them know, but after speaking to the manager(at the time) she assured me that the sandwich couldn’t be under cooked but it was in fact “just old” . I wasn’t upset, as things unfortunately just happen but the customer service just wasn’t there. Pics of under cooked sandwich attached.

Their food is hit or miss, I don’t eat here much because it gives me a headache and makes my BP elevate. My youngest loves the chicken dippers but I think they are rubbery.

When it’s good it’s very good, other times it can be very mediocre. They need to be more consistent serving freshly cooked chicken. Fried food is only good served right away. Don’t serve Fried food that’s been sitting.

Dried out but some how undercooked wedges dried up meaning old mac and cheese, order was for mixed came out Dark meat this was at 12:30. Second time I’ve gone here and had trouble. I don’t know if its owner or manger. But I will drive down to Main st which was my go to before it burned down.
