Chicken was raw in center, crust wasn’t even brown in some places! Nice new building but food and service unacceptable. I actually ate inside with 3 other people and there was a abundance of staff but no one would make eye contact when we stood at the counter needing help. The one thing that will keep me from going back is the chicken being undercooked! This is a health hazard. I have not had this occur at any other Bushs and hope management or administration implements major change.

If you’re going to take an order and you can’t remember, write it down. Young kid came out and took order on memory, couldn’t remember Dr. Pepper and a Tea? Gave both tea. No extra rolls like asked. It’s a simple, single meal, not 5 people. Bush’s is great, but stop hiring lazy idiots.

It’s not very flavorful and rubbery chicken. Okra was greasy and chewy. The place was clean on the inside, but the outside was littered with trash all over the place. Newer building, but the outside looked like a dump truck spilled all over the place.

Food was excellent. Employees need to follow the good hygiene. Hair needs to be pulled away and clothing needs to be clean and NO HOLES OR TORN. Cell phones should also be put away. So many of them were on the cell phones and that’s not cool.

This place is very hit or miss, okay one day and flavorless chicken and raw fries the next.. when you live a few miles away it makes it not even worth going, I’d recommend picking another location or avoiding all together.

Everytime we go to Bush’s Chicken we never have left overs. With every meal they always seem to give extra pieces and believe me there are no complaints in this house as every bite is eaten. Chicken is always juicy and the crust crispy. The gravy is the perfect compliment to the crinkle fries and the tender sweet biscuits are amazing. We have tried other chicken places and nothing compares to Bush’s. Also did I mention how friendly the staff is? They always make sure your meal is done and packed up quickly and never let us go without making sure we get any condiments. Great food, good price and quick service. Not your typical fast food.

Being born and raised in Waco Texas Bushes has really went down the drain! Mr. Bush really need to tackle down on all the bushes in Waco Texas and bring back the good bushes like the good old days! The chicken always cold or they always lacking food and condiments. The honey mattered! The serendipity mattered! Chicken Express is now the top chicken place in Texas! Wow a major disappointment!
