The food is the same as other locations. Employees are nice. However this location never has the appropriate amount of stocked bakery items and always runs out by 7pm and their kitchen closes early. If they know demand is higher than normal for donuts then stock more!!! This location has always planned stock after demand, very sad. This is a degraded Dunkin experience. Even the Starbucks has better service and availability.

As a student, I go to this Dunkin’ at least two times a week. The man thats usually on the register is really nice and always does his job. The ladies making the food however, seem to be screwing up right and left. For the second week in a row, I have had a problem with my order, even though it is written correctly on the receipt. Last week I ordered a sandwich with no cheese, and was still given cheese. I thought it was busy, must have been an accident. However today, it was completely dead since it was so early. I ordered a sandwich and hash browns, but never got the hash browns. Luckily I do not have class for a while so I am able to go back and ask for half of my order. When I went in and explained the situation as well as mentioning I just had a problem last week, the lady just looked to the other one and laughed. Extremely inappropriate, as well as unprofessional.

i buy every morning fresh cup of coffee here! no issue with coffee!! however when i asked for a spoon for a breakfast which i brought from home!! one of the employee refused and told me to get it from rock cafe! that’s simply pathetic! i brought something from DD and you still refuses to give a spoon to the customer! that’s rude and unprofessional!!

Pretty decent–I usually get an Americano from here. Once or twice they’ve accidentally given me the wrong size (a small instead of medium). But the staff are always apologetic when I ask for the correct size.
