I went 5/12/23 at around 7 30ish pm….I had the most pleasant experience here from Denise!!! She was so patient while taking my order and she was more then happy to add/change a few things when I asked. I’ve had the worst experience with fast food the last year or so and never eat jack in the box. My bf requested it since we were moving into our new Home down the road and I honestly come more frequent just based off the customer service I received alone. I was thoroughly impressed by Denise. The gm, area, and district managers should be praising this young lady, she is keeping the customers coming for sure.

Just walked in to place an order, only 2 cars in the drive thru, had about 5 minutes waiting without being acknowledged. When asking if there was some in the front, they still replied give me a few seconds, seconds turned into about 5 more minutes. When the employee took my order she didn’t even take a payment, instead she started making coffee and tending to the drive thru customers, we kept waiting about 5 more minutes and decided to walk out. Been across the street for 15 more minutes this place seems like it is closed down. So not sure why they seemed like they were in a bad mood.

Horrible customer service the young lady in the drive through window made us wait over 15 minutes never finalized our order, she kept focusing on the drive through window when she could have finished taking our order. There was only two cars in the drive through at the time. She never once politely communicated anything to us she left us standing at the register. On top of that the place looked dirty and smelled looks like it needs deep cleaning. When pulled out the coffee packages from under the counter the coffee packs looked damp and used. sSe then sniffed the coffee containers which looked dirty and had been washed. We decided to leave and we would never return to a place that hires individuals that don’t acknowledge and treat customers with respect. Zero stars for me!

I went to pick up an uber eats order for a customer. The door had a padlock on it, so I went to the drive thru. This was in the afternoon. There were no other customers at all. They said they would be right with me. 2 minutes later I told the guy I was picking up an uber order. I drive up and I could see these kids moving like turtles and they looked pretty stoned. The drink had 3 little pieces of ice and the bags were just wide open. I don’t know how they’re still in business. I’ll never pick up another order from this location.

I’d give this place no stars if I could. I went through the drive thru for a mobile order. Wanted to add something, which as a drive thru worker myself I know is annoying, but they wouldn’t give it to me claiming they’re all day breakfast isn’t being served anymore. I just wanted the sausage breakfast Jack meal. Whatever, I’ll just get the mobile order I ordered then and call it a day. I pull up to the window to receive it and they didn’t know what my drinks were. I had to call my roommate , who placed the order, to figure out what she ordered. Get my drinks and I go home. My order wasn’t all in there. So I go back to claim the other half of my order and they just argued with me stating, “I watched them put it in there,” which again as a drive thru worker I understand having each other’s back, gotta stick together out there. At the end of the day I still didn’t get my other half of the order because they wanted to be right. I will not be going back to this Jack in The Box. I don’t really go there that often anyway and this just made me not wanna go ever again.
