Overall, I think service was beyond mediocre. I ordered two trays with fingers, fries, slaw, and drinks. The slaw was not in separate containers like usual but dumped out in each togo tray. We had no straws for our drinks so I went back in to get straws and this worker that seemed the equivalent of a 5 year old boy said straws were in the bag when i asked for some. I kindly reminded him I wouldn’t have come all the way back in the restaurant for straws if they were actually in the bag. Maybe chill out on the smart mouth attitude if you can’t even get the straws in the bag kid. Y’all need to figure out how to treat your customers that pay to keep you in business.

We order from our office about once a week and we have not had an order in over a month that one or more people aren’t missing either cookies, dressing or something else. One person cared when we called to complain but today (3/22/23) the manager couldn’t care less. If they can’t do any better than that on their orders placed on line they need to STOP taking online orders. We pay the same prices on line as we would standing at the counter and deserve to get all our items.

Do not eat at this establishment, they don’t clean the fryers, the staff was very rude aswell as the bathrooms being FILTHY, i got the wings n things and not an hour after eating them i was sick, my little boy got sick soon after. i thought the fried pickles were burnt, they were not, the discoloring was due to the re used grease never being changed. Don’t eat here it’s unsanitary and possibly dangerous. I have no doubts this place will be shutdown within the month. disgusted and disappointed.

Why would you not have marinara sauce with the cheddar bites? What kind of people do you have that think having fried cheddar bites but not offering marinara sauce was a good idea? You people are some of the dumbest I have encountered in a while not only do you not offer maranara sauce but you try and being me 3 tenders covered in the nastiest looking brown sauce oh fkno. Might sound crazy, but it was my VERY FIRST TINE trying Zaxby’s. (I’ve been living under a rock, I know.) It was phenomenal and tbh, the Zax Sauce looked like Thousand Island sauce but tasted pretty different. It’s very good and the food was fresh as if they just finished cooking! I’m absolutely addicted to the Zaxby’s sauce! The chicken fries coleslaw and bread is very filling and it’s not overpriced. The staff is very friendly. Food prepared hot and fresh. I highly recommend this place!
