I lived in the area for a few years and only ate Primos Pizza in the area. I was very skeptical of Pizza Ravens but quickly learned you can not judge a book by its cover. Since trying Pizza Ravens, I haven’t been back to Primo. My new favorite pizza place. The quality is excellent!!!!

It is really hard to find a good cheesesteak subs in Pasadena. I have tried quite a few places and this so far has been the best. The lettuce is always crisp and fresh. The meat tastes clean. Not too greasy at all. My only complaint is they don’t offer pickles for your sub (it least not when you are ordering online). The pizza…super yummy! Sauce and cheese ratio is perfect. They give the garlic sauce and the peppercini with it! This is my families go to place to order out from when we order out!

I recently got Buffalo wings from here and they were really not good. They didn’t offer any celery on the side when I asked which I thought was weird. They weren’t crispy at all. They tasted rubbery. My aunt got pizza from there and she loves pizza as she’s originally from Brooklyn, New York and she said it was so gross she couldn’t eat much of it. She only had one slice and normally she eats more pizza than that. Ultimately it was a bad experience and I will not be returning.

They used to have very good quality food. Not so much now. The Italian cold cut was disgusting. I didn’t even recognize the cheap meat on it. It was thrown together and nothing like what I know an Italian cold cut to be. They have really gone down. They could do better with their customer service too.

Pizza Ravens is the closest pizza “joint” to my house. Their pizza is delicious! The marinara and spices they use make their pizza taste different then your average big chain Pizza shop. The prices are low, the wait is short and the employees always have a smile on their faces! I’d choose Pizza Ravens ANY DAY over any pizza joint in the Pasadena area!

I ordered 3 35 inch pizzas for a birthday party. One was completely damaged. I was offered a free 35 inch pizza next time I ordered. No expiration date given. I called to order 4 weeks later and was told there is no record of my order or free pizza. I’ve called back to speak to owner, to be told he comes and goes with no schedule. Guy was extremely rude and told me to dispute with my bank. Never will order from here again. Very rude and you don’t do business like this.

What a joke of service!!! We ordered trough DoorDash and the restaurant called us just to say Please tip or we won’t deliver the pizza. Even when we always give a good tip. Whoever did that is not good for business. They used to be good before the new owners.
