Trattoria Stella is an outstanding Italian restaurant. Interesting food. Great presentation and ABSOLUTLY the best pasta that I’ve had in my life. I couldn’t stop eating. I started to be worried that I might not be able to go to sleep that night I ate so much. I think the fact that they make their pasta from scratch in the kitchen is why I was able to have sweet dreams that night. I have to go back to see if it was all a dream.

This place is the hidden gem brunch spot in Denver. Their food is seriously amazing. I’ve never been disappointed by their quality or service. They are a swanky pasta restaurant by night and are only open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, but mannnn, their food is super legit. I might be blowing up our own spot by posting this but this is my new favorite brunch spot in Denver. 11/10.

Tinas Twocents
The 32nd street pasta was a cornucopia of flavors which were surprisingly perfect together. The goat cheese brought it all together, a smidgen more would be perfect. I’m not a fan of white wine but the pecorino was great(not to sweet or fruity) and paired well with this dish. Even the kids butter and olive oil pasta was ‘the best ever’. Service was also great thanks to Cody.
