I must admit this place used to have really good wings and wing flavors, but not anymore. Their lemon pepper wings are more salty than the ocean water. Seems like they need a new cook or start taste testing the wing flavors before they add to the menu.

I stopped over in Social Circle, Ga. and stopped at Wing Factory. It was my first time going to a Wing Factory. When placing my order for the 5 pc. wing combo meal, I specifically asked for nothing hot on my food and I intentionally ordered the Teriyaki wings and asked that the wings be lightly coated with the sauce. When I received my order, I left. I should have checked it before I left. The Dr. Pibb had no fizzle to it. It was pretty much flat. It definitely wouldn’t have quenched a true thirst. But that wasn’t the worst part. The french fries had a TON of coarse black pepper all over them. It had been sprinkled over and throughout the fries, as though it was season salt!! This made the fries inedible. It was bad enough that the fries, weren’t cooked thoroughly. They were limp! The only thing that was good about the meal, were the teriyaki chicken wings. This was a disappointing experience. And yes, I did call them and tell them about my experience!

The service was fast and friendly. The food was packaged nicely, made correctly, and had a fresh made taste. The chicken tenders were a good size. The fries were crinkle cut, and were tasty. .The inside of the location was clean. I would recommend. Just note that if you use a credit card, or debit card to pay, the price posted on the board is the cash price. There is an up charge, and from looking at the receipt, it must be per item ordered.

Waited 35 minutes for a burger while everyone else who came in after me got their food promptly. Ended up asking for a refund because the wait felt racially motivated since I was the only person of color in the establishment and the only one waiting. Do not recommend at all!!!

I was visiting my sister and made the comment that I was hungry. She suggested this place. I called and placed my order. The wings were a nice size, with just the right amount of sauce. Could have done with a few more fries, but all in all, a pleasant experience. I’ll go back.

The wing I order where so salty cause It had so much lemon pepper on them and my fries were not even cooked all the way. Usually the wing factory Is my favorite place to get wings but after tonight I am not sure anymore

As a wing enthusiast, I really enjoyed the cook of the wings and the HOT food I received on my visit. My only complaint would be that the wing sauce is very simple and not very diversified. More flavors and level of heat would be much appreciated. Besides that, the service was quick and responsive I really enjoyed it. You can expect me to visit the Wing Factory again!
