I will be honest I’m not a fan of Cracker Barrel. They seem to always manage to mess up whatever I order. But this breakfast was spot on! Had that country boy breakfast with all the meats and a side of eggs and grits. The server even asked if wanted a spoon full of butter on my grits!!! Who would say no?

The service was bad and the food was worse. I used to love this place, but like everything else lately, you pay more for less. The beef was over-cooked cube check. No jelly with the biscuits that we had to ask for multiple times and arrived after the meal. Disappearing waitress, had to ask another waitress for help. Gave it two stars because you can’t f up mashed potatoes and gravy.

My husband and I came here due to being given a gift card for Christmas they seemed like they were understaffed it took forever for someone to even take our oder and even longer to deliver it, the steak we ordered was flavorless and the steamed broccoli tasted awful I couldn’t eat it it tasted so old and rotten the potato was good tho. Idk that I’ll be coming back or would recommend it to a friend or family.

The plates were downsized but the prices remained the same. I reserved ahead and there was no line but still had trouble being seated. Ordered sweet tea, received unsweetened tea. Didn’t get syrup for my plate until I asked for it. They forgot our biscuits and gravy that came with the meal until we asked. The staff had no clue what they were doing. Hostess didn’t know her coworkers name to call for help. The bathroom’s were trashed and trashcans were overflowing. We (2 people)had ordered basic breakfast plates before the folks next to us (2 people) even sat down and they got their food first. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Cool place to buy gifts for someone. Food is ok. I ordered togo and my hotel was across the street and food was cold but overall I warmed it up and turned out to be delicious.
