Nothing bad to say at all, the place delivered good quality food. The biscuits were over the top moist and cooked well. The chicken was very… very good! I like that I can get my , & cheese breakfast sandwich(on a bun) any time of day.All the other local places shut down breakfast at 1030 but not good ole BO’S.Service is always great and order is always correct.Dont know much about atmosphere,I’m a drive through but if there inside is anything like there outside, you’ll be very pleased

Very disappointed. We ordered 6 meals, we received 2 sporks and 5 straws not enough of either. And then when I opened up my sandwich it was beyond done to the point the chicken was crunchy, and then a laughable excuse for mayo and pickles, see picture. Not really interested in going back anytime soon.

I am someone who loves Bojangles and has eaten there for a long time. Eating at this location has been fairly good and I have continued to return. There are of course instances where they miss an item, or the food isn’t as good as expected but most of the time I leave happy. It is unfortunate that the prices have gotten so high, that alone has caused me to visit less, but they are still serving some good food!

The food was good but my side’s were only just over half full. I ordered an 8 piece tailgate special with mashed potatoes & gravy and green beans as my sides. I ordered an extra mashed potatoes & gravy because there’s only enough in the containers for 2 people as it is. I’ve never seen so little food put in the side containers. I have included pictures. One more thing I’d like to add…when the cashier was handing me my order, I asked if the additional mashed potatoes & gravy I ordered were in the box. She said they were but decided to check anyway. She opened the box and they weren’t in there. If I hadn’t of asked, I would have gotten all the way home only to find out my order wasn’t complete. I feel totally ripped off due to the lack of food in my containers and I’m glad I asked about my extra side. Check your orders and open your containers before you leave people…it seems that Bojangles needs their food worse than most of us do.

Sandwich obviously was not wrapped properly. ordered a large macaroni and cheese got a small, this was fixed prior to me driving off. get home take a sip of my take a supposed to be Diet Pepsi and it’s a tea I absolutely hate tea. Very disappointed today

It seems like every single time we go there, they can never complete an order right. Leaving food items off, getting items you didn’t order, and not get what you order, counter service is horrible, tables are dirty, and the list goes on. At one time this was one of the best around, but no more. Only go if I absolutely have to.

Fries should never be barely heat lamp hot and chicken supremes should not be dark from being dried out at 815 in the morning I’m just saying…And before they rush you off make sure they gave you everything including condiments and creamer because THEY WONT CHECK! Yes they are fast food but it also needs to be on point and what the customer ordered since they’re paying for it!
